Le paysage sonore du fleuve Saint-Laurent, essentiel aux espèces marines, est perturbé par le bruit des navires et des activités humaines. Cette pollution menace la communication vitale à leur survie entre les mères bélugas et leurs petits.
Le projet MARS analyse les sons sous-marins afin de proposer des solutions et rétablir l’équilibre acoustique, une quête qui représente un défi pour la préservation de cet écosystème fragile.
