The Institut des sciences de la mer of UQAR (ISMER-UQAR) is always looking for students to pursue master’s and doctoral studies, or to participate in various research projects during the summer or throughout the year.
Research Internships
Professors welcome master’s and PhD students to their teams for research internships. Undergraduate students are occasionally accepted for training internships.

Research Chair
The Institut des sciences de la mer of UQAR is seeking to fill a tenure-track professor position in oceanography, specializing in physics and modeling. This position is associated with a research chair funded for five years by the Canada First Research Excellence Fund as part of the Transforming Climate Action program.
